Hey everyone! During my Excel Productivity Tips webinar I was telling about another great Excel tip how to fit long text in cells. Feature "Fill - Justify" is a really handy tool that can help you fit long text in cells without having to manually adjust the cells.
If you've ever worked with long text in Excel, and often we all need to, you know how frustrating it can be to try to fit it all in a specific range of cells. You can either shrink the font size or manually adjust the cell width, or insert text boxes, but all of those options can make your spreadsheet look messy and hard to read.
That's where the "Fill - Justify" feature comes in! This tool automatically fits the text lines into cells without changing the font size or width of the cell.
To show you how the "Fill - Justify" feature works, I've included a clip from my webinar below:
As you can see, the "Fill - Justify" feature is really easy to use, and it can save you a lot of time and frustration when you're working with long text in Excel. If you're not already using this feature, I highly recommend giving it a try and see how it can improve your productivity in Excel.
